From seed to harvest we grow all of our produce using ecologically sound and organic practices. Hues of green fill our six acres of fields, including a variety of vegetables and fruit, from beets to tomatoes to strawberries thriving under the careful watch of Ivy Creek farmers. At harvest time, the vegetables reflect the mountains and skies around them – beautiful, fresh, and crisp.
